Use an existing operator account. On a fresh install, set `HAPROXY_MANAGER_BOOTSTRAP_EMAIL` and `HAPROXY_MANAGER_BOOTSTRAP_PASSWORD` before starting the app to create the first admin.
This entry point now matches the darker operator-console design language from `design-example`, so auth no longer feels visually detached from the control plane.
